My stay at the Premier Inn Dunfermline was a mix of positives and a few drawbacks. The staff was incredibly friendly and responsive, especially when I encountered noise issues. However, the room itself had some minor cleanliness concerns and needed a little updating. Overall, I found it quite adequate for my needs, especially considering the location and nearby amenities.

The room was clean and comfortable, but the bed felt small for two, and I did notice some mould in the bathroom corners.

I had some highlights and a few disappointments during my stay. The cleanliness of the room was commendable, and the staff were incredibly friendly and helpful. but the issues I faced with the TV and noise from the room above really impacted my experience. While I appreciated the offer for a complimentary breakfast after the TV issue, it felt a bit lacking considering the circumstances.

While there are many dining options close by, my experience at the Brewers Fayre left much to be desired, despite it being within walking distance.

However, the noise from the room above was quite bothersome at times, and the lack of a proper restaurant on-site was a bit of a downside.

While the staff, like Laura and Stephen, were incredibly friendly and helpful, I felt let down by the room service. On one occasion, I had to ask multiple times for extra pillows, which took away from the experience.
